The current guidelines for child support calculations paid by the non-custodial parent are set forth below:
Child support payments are based upon the income of the non-custodial parent, and may be modified should that income increase or decrease over time. This new law makes sweeping changes in how child support payments will be calculated. It goes into effect in July 2006.
