Accusations
of child deprivation can be brought the Georgia Department of Family and
Children Services (DFACS), your child's school, or a non-custodial parent.
The basis for such accusations may be lack of medical treatment, physical abuse,
unsanitary conditions in the home, truancy (not sending the child to school),
corporal/physical punishment, or a lack of food in the home. If you have
been accused of depriving your child and need legal advice or
representation to defend against the charges, I can provide effective and
professional advocacy for you and your family.
